The service
PromptNiche provides trend data and AI image prompts for print-on-demand and digital-product sellers. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Accounts and trial
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. The early-access trial is limited to the first 50 signups, gives 7 days of full access without a card, and then locks out unless you subscribe.
Subscriptions and billing
Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Your responsibility for designs
Prompts and trend data are provided as-is. Our trademark filter is best-effort and is not a legal guarantee. You are solely responsible for checking that any design you create or sell does not infringe third-party trademarks, copyrights or other rights, and for complying with the rules of the marketplaces you sell on.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee sales, rankings or any particular business outcome. The service is provided without warranties to the extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Acceptable use and changes
Do not abuse, scrape or resell the service, or attempt to bypass access limits. We may update these terms and will post the new date above; continued use means you accept the update.
